They have the biggest dinosaur in the world.
Whopping dino skeleton knocked my socks off. Makes you wonder where they find these things.
The dinosaur room is amazing. In the wet room, try not to drink anything.
Definitely worth visiting because of the dinosaurs and the 'Fly' (Fliegen) exhibition. Bring your student ISIC card for a entry discount (3.50 €). Some exhibitions though are only available in German.
Family fun with learning effect: According to various tourist attractions we have with our two children (4 and 6 years) controlled the Natural History Museum, actually only because we wanted to see the highest Dinosaurierskelet the world. Much more except a few other stuffed animals we did not expect. We were therefore all the more surprised when we explored the rooms. Even the entrance hall with the skeletons is overwhelming. Especially great we found them and the children's digital stations where you could make the dinosaur standing there alive. That was very impressive, our children, we could not divert from the stations. Also interesting is the space of our galaxy with a video animation that can be considered when lying down. Countless viewing boxes and digital stations invite you to linger. As a recommendation also applies to the current exhibition space on the fly, where you can see and try out a lot. Overall, we were a good three hours in the museum, the time was filled meaningful and exciting. In short, clear recommendation visit, even - or perhaps especially - for children.
Dinos!!! Beeindruckend, nicht nur für Kinder!
I saw their infos online with my friends the other day. Since I alway very interested at the nature science, It didn't really took me long to decide to come...
